How Hot are the Classes?
Gently Heated ranges from 85-95 degrees and Hot classes range from 90-100 degrees. The weather outside and the number of people in the room will affect the temperature so there will be a range.
What is Infrared Heat?
Infrared is radiated heat: like the feeling of warmth from the sun on your face. Infrared waves travel through the air and when they touch a surface, heat energy is released regardless of the surrounding air temperature. Infrared heats differently so we don't need as high of temperatures to gain the benefits. Our classes feel less like a sauna and more like a wonderful warm summer day.
Do I have to sign up ahead of time?
We encourage students to register in advance for classes in order to reserve their spot as space is limited. If there are spots available, we are happy to take walk-in students.
Where do I park
There is ample free street parking in the immediate area! Free parking is available on the North and South sides of E Howard Ave and the East and West sides of S Kansas Ave.
What is your cancellation policy?
All Aglow Yoga has limited space in the studio. You can reserve your spot online for classes - 7 days prior up until 30 minutes before the class begins. You can cancel any class you have signed up for up to 2 hours before class time starts.
Late cancellations or no shows are subject to a class charge.
Single Class Pricing ($15) = Class will be lost
All Class Packs = Class will be lost
Auto-Pay Members = $15 Fee
2 Week Intro New Students = $15 Fee
What are your store hours?
Please feel free to shop our wonderful offering of Self-Care products before or after a yoga class or wellness service booking!
Our store is also open for general shopping during the following hours:
Thursdays: 1pm-6pm
Fridays: 1pm-7pm
Saturdays: 11am-3pm
How do I book a Wellness Service?
