All experience levels, body shapes, and types are Welcome!

Most classes are heated with Infrared Heat Panels.

It's easy to prepare for practice:​

-Drink Plenty of Water

-Avoid Heavy Meals 2-3 hours  prior to class

-Wear Comfortable clothes, easy to move in

-Bring a Yoga Mat, Water Bottle and Optional Towel*

Hot Vinyasa Flow- All Levels

Hot Vinyasa Flow, an All Levels Class, focuses on flowing from pose to pose, linking movement with breath. Classes are often built around Sun Salutations done with creative sequencing. You can gain many wonderful benefits including; increased endurance, stamina, strength, and flexibility, in addition to calming the mind. The room is heated to about 90-95 degrees.

Gently Heated Vinyasa Flow - All Levels

This All Levels Class format is the same as our Hot Vinyasa Flow class; flowing from pose to pose, linking movement with breath. Temperatures are lower, often 85-90 degrees. Classes are still built around Sun Salutations done with creative sequencing. You can gain many wonderful benefits including; increased endurance, stamina, strength, and flexibility, in addition to calming the mind.

Hot Slow Flow- All Levels

Led at a slow meditative pace, this All Levels Class, emphasizes peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath.

Candle Light Yin - All Levels

Yin Yoga is a unique style of yoga that encourages profound relaxation and deep stretching by holding various seated and reclined poses for extended periods. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, Yin Yoga focuses on accessing the deeper layers of fascia—the connective tissues that surround muscles and organs—while inviting practitioners to quiet their minds and find inner calm. The practice takes place in an unheated room, fostering a serene environment where you can fully immerse yourself in the meditative aspects of the poses. This gentle yet powerful approach allows you to release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of tranquility. To support your practice, bolsters and other props will be provided, ensuring that you can comfortably deepen into each posture. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Yin Yoga offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life, guiding you toward a state of inner balance and harmony.

Yoga for Beginners

Welcome Yoga Newcomers! Join us for this beginner's introduction to yoga, provided monthly. This unheated class follows the vinyasa flow style but takes time to ease into practice with a relaxing warm-up focused on breathing, stretching, and calming the mind. Time is spent on pose fundamentals and safely transitioning in and out of poses. Demonstrations, modifications, and hands-on assistance (when desired) are provided. Class ends with a slow cool down and guided meditation. No experience is necessary.
